I just participated in a web cast of MCMS Rapid and I was amazed again at this great free product! This is a must for all new MCMS installs.
And Angus did a great job presenting!
Mads posted this GREAT tip a while back about a workaround for creating lists in a SharePoint portal in a different site definition than the list was originally created in. But this is definitely worth bringing it up again.
This workaround allows you to use a list template in any site definition on a portal. I have used this several times and it works great!

For over a year our CMS site was plagued by deleted content occasionally popping back up in production or links reappearing that were dead because the content behind them was no longer there.
